Frequently Asked Questions
What is ClaimAura?
ClaimAura is an educational platform built to improve consumer claim literacy, especially for people who want a clearer, calmer, more organized way to understand common auto claim concepts and terminology.
Important: ClaimAura provides general educational information based on publicly available consumer insurance resources. ClaimAura does not provide legal, medical, financial, or insurance advice, and we do not guide users on how to file, pursue, dispute, negotiate, or respond to any claim. For questions about your personal situation, please contact a licensed professional.
What is ClaimAura’s mission?
Our mission is simple: raise claim literacy.
Insurance can feel confusing and stressful. We exist to make consumer-facing information easier to understand and easier to navigate, so you can feel more confident and informed as you move through your claim journey.
Does ClaimAura replace hiring an attorney?
No, and we also cannot tell you whether you should hire one.
ClaimAura is educational. It helps explain common terms, general claim concepts, and consumer-facing information. If you need legal advice or guidance based on your personal situation, contact a licensed attorney.
Is ClaimAura a public adjuster or a law firm?
No. ClaimAura is not a law firm, not a public adjusting service, and not an insurance agency.
We provide educational information only. We do not interpret your policy, advise you on coverage, or tell you what actions to take.
How do the plans work?
Each plan gives you access to a specific library:
- Starter Plan: access to Starter content only
- Advocate Plan: access to Advocate and Starter content
- Empowerment Plan: access to Starter and Advocate content, plus additional Empowerment plan content
Access is provided to the educational content included in the plan you purchase.
What is the ClaimAura Vault?
The Vault is a library of optional, individual add-on videos that can be purchased separately.
Vault access becomes available after you purchase a plan. Once you are inside the platform, you can browse Vault topics and choose add-ons based on what you want to learn.
Claim experiences vary. The Vault exists so you can add additional topics based on your situation and interests.
How are the videos viewed?
Once you click on a video, it loads in a dedicated player view so you can watch in a focused viewing format.
Why is the material based on Texas information?
At this time, ClaimAura is focused on Texas. That means our educational references and examples are built using Texas-referenced, publicly available consumer insurance resources and examples.
Over time, we plan to expand to additional states. If you would like to request your state, we welcome feedback using our feedback form to tell us what you want to see next.
I’m in another state, can I still use ClaimAura?
Yes. You can access ClaimAura from anywhere. However, the platform is currently written using Texas-referenced, publicly available consumer insurance resources and examples that may be most relevant to Texas.
Insurance requirements and claim processes can vary by state, policy, insurer, and the specific facts of a loss. If you use ClaimAura outside Texas, you acknowledge that the content may not reflect your state’s requirements or claim practices, and you are choosing to use it as general educational information.
ClaimAura is educational only and does not tell you how to file, pursue, dispute, negotiate, or respond to any claim, and does not review documents or provide recommendations.
At sign up, you will be asked to acknowledge that ClaimAura is educational only, Texas-referenced, and does not provide legal, medical, financial, or insurance advice.
Do I have to acknowledge that this is Texas-based education when I sign up?
Yes. At sign up, you will be asked to acknowledge that the platform provides general educational information based on Texas-referenced consumer insurance resources.
You will also acknowledge that ClaimAura does not provide legal, medical, financial, or insurance advice and does not guide users on how to file, pursue, dispute, negotiate, or respond to any claim.
Is ClaimAura affiliated with an insurance company, the Texas Department of Insurance, or any government agency?
No. ClaimAura is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any insurer or government agency.
Any references to public resources are for educational purposes only.
Why use ClaimAura instead of just using a general AI tool or searching online?
You can absolutely use general tools and search engines. Many people do.
ClaimAura is different because it is structured specifically for claim literacy. The content follows the claim journey, uses consumer-friendly language, and is designed to remain educational only, neutral, and non-steering.
ClaimAura does not provide personalized claim instructions or recommendations.
In short: ClaimAura is built to make learning easier and more organized, not to replace professional help.
Does ClaimAura guarantee results or outcomes?
No. ClaimAura does not guarantee results or outcomes.
We provide general educational information based on publicly available resources. Outcomes can vary widely depending on the policy, facts, documentation, timing, and many other factors.
What if ClaimAura and my insurer’s process don’t match exactly?
That can happen. Claim processes can differ based on the policy, the facts, the insurer, and other factors.
ClaimAura provides general educational information and common terminology, but it is not a substitute for guidance from a licensed professional about your specific situation.
Can I share my login or purchase access with someone else?
Access is intended for the purchaser only. Please review the Terms of Service for details on account sharing and permitted use.
Does ClaimAura store my personal claim information?
ClaimAura is designed to be privacy first.
We do not ask you to upload sensitive claim documents to use the educational content. Our guides and toolkits are downloads designed so you can save and use them on your own device.
Account note: Like most digital platforms, we store limited information needed to provide access and process payment, for example basic account details and purchase access. We do not store claim files, medical records, photos of damages, or written case details as part of the learning experience.
How do I contact customer support?
Please email: [email protected]
We can help with access, billing, and technical support.
Can I get a refund?

– Unauthorized transactions, reviewed case by case
– A verified technical access issue that we cannot resolve within a commercially reasonable timeframe
– Where required by law
The full refund policy is available on the Refund and Return Policy page and is also referenced during checkout.
How can I give feedback or request new topics?
