ClaimAura™ Privacy Policy
Aura Empower Group LLC d/b/a ClaimAura™
Effective Date: April 2026
Introduction
ClaimAura™ (“ClaimAura,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to a privacy-first, data-minimization approach. This Privacy Policy explains the limited information we collect and retain, how it is used, and how our zero-retention educational toolkits are designed to function.
ClaimAura provides general educational information based on publicly available consumer insurance information and sources from reputable agencies. ClaimAura is for educational purposes only and does not provide legal, medical, financial, or insurance advice.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to ClaimAura’s website, educational platform, checkout process, account access, downloadable materials, and related support communications (collectively, the “Platform”).
This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services integrated with or linked from the Platform, including our payment processor, course delivery platform, or email provider. Those providers operate independently under their own privacy policies, which users should review separately.
2. Privacy-First / Zero-Retention Design
ClaimAura is designed with a privacy-first, data-minimization approach and does not collect or store information entered into toolkit or download features.
Our educational toolkits and downloads are intended for local use on your device. Information you enter into toolkit or download features is intended to remain on your device under your control. ClaimAura does not collect, upload, or store information entered into toolkit or download features.
ClaimAura does not request and will never request claim files, medical records, photos of vehicle damage, settlement documents, personal claim narratives, or any claim-specific information in order to access educational content.
3. What We Collect and Retain
ClaimAura collects and retains only the minimum information necessary to operate the Platform and confirm user acknowledgment of our terms and policies at the time of purchase.
Checkout Acknowledgment Record
When you purchase access, ClaimAura captures a record confirming that you reviewed and acknowledged our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund/Return Policy, and required compliance disclosures. This record may include:
- Your email address and account identifier
- The date and time of acknowledgment
- Your IP address at the time of acknowledgment
- The version of the policies you acknowledged
- A purchase or transaction reference
This record is retained to confirm your acknowledgment and is not used for marketing, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.
Payment Processing
Payment transactions are processed by a third-party payment processor. ClaimAura does not store full payment card numbers. Limited transaction confirmation information may be received from our payment processor solely to confirm payment status and provision access to purchased content. Users should review their payment processor’s privacy policy for complete information on how payment data is handled.
Platform and Website Operations
The website and course delivery platforms we use to operate ClaimAura (including third-party platforms used for course access and content delivery) may collect limited technical and usage information as part of standard platform operations, including IP addresses, login credentials, login session data, general usage activity, and security functions. This collection is performed by or through those platforms in connection with providing access to the Platform and is not used by ClaimAura to request, access, or process claim files, medical records, or personal claim information. ClaimAura’s educational-only scope applies across all platform functions.
4. Information ClaimAura Does Not Collect
ClaimAura does not collect, store, or request:
- Claim files or claim-specific documentation

- Photos of vehicle damage or accident scenes
- Written claim narratives or case details
- Settlement documents or negotiation records
- Information entered into Zero-Retention Toolkits or downloads
Users should not send sensitive claim, medical, or legal documents to ClaimAura.
5. How We Use Retained Information
The limited information ClaimAura retains is used only to:
- Confirm that you acknowledged our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund/Return Policy, and compliance disclosures at the time of purchase
- Confirm your purchase and provide access to the educational content included in your plan
- Respond to billing, access, or technical support requests
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
ClaimAura does not use retained information for advertising, profiling, or to provide personalized legal, medical, financial, or insurance advice.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
ClaimAura does not independently deploy advertising pixels or third-party behavioral tracking scripts on the Platform.
The website and course delivery platform we use to operate ClaimAura may use cookies or similar technologies as part of standard platform operations, such as maintaining login sessions and supporting site security. These are operational in nature and are not used by ClaimAura to collect claim-specific, medical, or personal claim information.
You may be able to adjust certain cookie settings through your browser. Adjusting settings may affect how some Platform features function.
7. How Information May Be Shared
ClaimAura does not sell personal information. We may share limited retained information only as follows:
Third-Party Service Providers
We work with third-party providers for payment processing, course delivery, website hosting, and support communications. These providers may receive limited information necessary to perform those services and operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose retained information if required by applicable law, subpoena, court order, or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of ClaimAura or others.
Business Transfers
If Aura Empower Group LLC undergoes a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, retained information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
8. Data Retention
ClaimAura retains checkout acknowledgment records to confirm consent to our terms and policies. These records are retained as long as necessary for that purpose and to comply with applicable legal obligations.
Information entered into Zero-Retention Toolkits or downloads is intended to remain on your device and is not stored in ClaimAura-controlled systems through those features. ClaimAura does not transmit or store information entered into these features through ClaimAura-controlled systems.
Third-party providers retain data in accordance with their own respective policies.
9. Security
ClaimAura uses reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the limited information it retains. However, no website, platform, transmission method, or storage environment can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your own device, login credentials, and locally stored information.
10. Children’s Privacy
ClaimAura is intended for adult users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that information from a child under 13 was received in error, we will take reasonable steps to address it as required by applicable law.
11. Your Choices and Requests
Depending on applicable law, you may be able to request access to, correction of, or information about account or acknowledgment information ClaimAura retains. Requests may be subject to identity verification and applicable legal limitations. To make a request, contact us using the information in Section 13 below.
ClaimAura does not control data held by third-party platform or payment providers. Requests related to data those providers hold should be directed to them directly.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version is effective when posted. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
