This Refund and Return Policy explains when refunds may be available for ClaimAura™ digital educational content. Please read it carefully before purchasing.
Important Notice (Educational Only): ClaimAura™ provides general educational information based on publicly available consumer insurance resources. ClaimAura™ does not provide legal, medical, financial, or insurance advice, and does not guide users on how to file, pursue, dispute, negotiate, or respond to any claim.
1. Digital Content and Delivery
ClaimAura™ provides access to digital educational content (videos, guides, and optional add-on content). Access is delivered electronically through the Platform. Because delivery occurs electronically, refunds are limited as described below.
2. General Policy: Sales Final After Access Is Granted
All purchases are final once access to the purchased digital content is granted. This policy is designed to prevent misuse of digital content (for example, consuming content and then requesting a refund).
3. Limited Refund Exceptions
A refund may be issued only in the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- Unauthorized transaction: A purchase was made without your authorization (reviewed case-by-case).
- Verified access failure: A technical issue prevents access to purchased content, and we are unable to resolve it within a commercially reasonable timeframe after you contact support.
- Where required by law: We will comply with applicable consumer protection requirements.
Refunds are not provided based on dissatisfaction with educational content, changes in personal circumstances, or a decision not to use the Platform after access has been granted.
If a refund is approved under the limited exceptions above, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
4. How to Request Support or a Refund Review

When contacting support, please include your account email, the purchase date, and a brief description of the issue. We may request additional information needed to investigate and resolve the request.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, please contact support first so we can review and attempt to resolve the issue. Filing a payment dispute may delay resolution while the payment processor reviews the claim.
6. Access and Account Use
Purchases grant access to the specific content associated with the plan or add-on selected at checkout. Account access is intended for the purchaser’s use under the Terms of Service.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund and Return Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase.

This Refund and Return Policy is incorporated into and should be read together with the Terms of Service and other posted policies.
